Crust: Thin, crisp, pleasantly chewy
Crumb: Soft, airy with irregular holes

Storage
Room temperature: Keep in a paper bag or bread box up to 2–3 days.
Refrigeration: Not recommended — will dry faster.
Freezing: Slice and freeze up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature or toast straight from frozen.
